Medication & Contsipation

Since medication has been a daily part of my life since I was 33, so has the constipation that "may occur" (count on it!!). I've found two things that help tremendously that take very little time & are tasty, too. Applesauce (small fruit cup sized daily) and "sesame oat bran sticks". I discovered the sesame sticks at the end of the fruit & vegie aisle at Walmart (w/the yogurt pretzels, etc) for under $3 for nearly 1 lb. They're not "bran-ny" like you'd expect, but a salty crunchy treat. I usually eat about (10) min. a day. Both options work well together, takes minutes a day and a 2-week supply of both is under $10!
P.S. The "honey" sesame sticks don't work at all in the same way.
