Natural remedies for Diabetes

I sincerely wish folks with Diabetes (like you, perhaps?) knew about the natural remedies for Diabetes based on Oriental medicine. The results with techniques like I use in my clinic would certainly be a wake-up call.

As an example, think about the results of this 38-person study (reported in the 1994 Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine) using natural remedies based on Oriental medicine:

  • 25 people (nearly 2/3rd of the group) had their initial symptoms essentially disappear by the end of one month of treatment
  • Their fasting blood-sugar levels dropped below 130
  • The 24-hour, urine-sugar content was reduced by 30% or more at the end of treatment
  • 10 more people (over 1/4th of the group) said their symptoms were improved, but not gone
  • Their fasting blood-sugar levels dropped to below 150
  • The 24-hour, urinary-sugar excretion went down by at least 10%
  • Only three people didn't respond to treatment

And get this - there was also a significant decline in cholesterol and triglycerides, and improved microcirculation.

How can these natural remedies for Diabetes work when conventional treatment won't?

China has a long history of dealing with this disease without modern drug therapy. That's caused their doctors to put great effort into treating diabetes by natural methods.

Oriental medicine has managed to develop a variety of herbal preparations with effects that include:

  • regenerating the insulating producing cells
  • improving endocrine gland functioning
  • increasing insulin production
  • decreasing blood sugar

Oriental medicine has also discovered pressure points on the body that have been proven in scientific studies1 to:

  • lower blood glucose content
  • lower the release of pancreatic glucagons
  • decrease the urge to eat too much
  • decrease excessive thirst
  • decresase excessive urination
  • prevent slowing of motor nerve conduction
  • improve microcirculation and heart muscle contractility;
  • enhance blood outflow
  • obliterate antheroscelerosis of the legs

and more. (In case you don't understand the above, it's all good for you!)

Conventional medicine is generally limited to using hypoglycemic tablets and insulin injections to lower blood glucose levels. But, that doesn't treat the diseased cells (Islets of Langerhans) causing the problem.

So, the blood sugar goes back up as soon as the drugs are stopped.

As you can see, Oriental medicine has techniques for Diabetes that just don't exist in conventional medicine. It seeks to regulate body functions, rather than temporarily control blood sugar.

Do I need to go to an Oriental medical doctor to use natural remedies for Diabetes?

It's a good idea to get the guidance of a trained practitioner if one's available.

If not, many of these techniques can be applied at home. You just need someone like me to explain and demonstrate the natural remedies for Diabetes to you.

And, ultimately, it's always best to take responsibility for your own health and learn all you can about caring for yourself.

What natural remedies for diabetes can I use myself at home?

Oriental medicine uses several natural remedies for diabetes that are very helpful. These include acupressure (or acupuncture), diet, herbs, special exercises, and lifestyle modifications.

Due to the limitations of a website, I can only give you some general treatment recommendations here.

Start with:

Chinese Dietary Principles.

The core of this is to eat mostly cooked vegetables, some whole grains (like brown rice), small amounts of animal protein (more as a flavoring/condiment than a main course) and drink moderate amounts of room temperature or warm water (green tea is good for most people, too.)

Some specifics to pay attention to are:

  • Stop eating sugar. That exhausts your pancreas until it gives out, leading to high blood sugar levels. This includes natural sugars like maple syrup, honey, fruit and fruit juice.
  • Don't eat wheat (triggers your pancreas too much). Go with brown rice, buckwheat and millet inste
  • Eat a small amount of protein (fish, poultry, eggs, beans) at every meal. These foods take a longer time to digest and absorb, and they release sugar slower.
  • Don't skip meals and eat small, frequent portions.

Exercise frequently

Exercise regulates your glandular functions and increases metabolism, using up the excess sugar in your blood. Tai chi and yoga are great, because they reduce stress, too. (See below).

Reduce stress

Stress causes your pancreas to constantly produce more insulin. wearing it out. You don't want that. Like I said, Tai chi and yoga are perfect for this. Meditation is great, too.

Use Oriental Herbal Remedies

Oriental medicine has very effective herbal remedies that just don't exist in conventional medicine.

These remedies regulate body function, rather than temporarily control blood sugar like conventional medicine.

Apply medium pressure (minimum 60 seconds, at least 3 X day) with your finger, thumb or knuckle to:

Pt 1 - Find the spinal vertebrae that is level with the bottom of your shoulder blades. Go down to the next vertebrae. The point is 1½ inches to both sides from the lower edge of that vertebrae. This point has a special function of regulating the pancreas.

Pt 2 - 3 inches below the lateral eye of your knee, 1 finger width lateral to your shinbone

Pt 3 - At the lateral side of your elbow, at the very end of the visible elbow crease. This is only a small (but effective) part of the protocol I use.

I've got plenty more effective methods to treat you with, as well as instructional programs you can use on yourself at home.

My goal is to make these natural remedies for diabetes known and available to everyone. Health doesn't belong to doctors. There's no reason for you to suffer when there's effective natural remedies for diabetes available.

I've used these natural remedies for diabetes on (and taught them to) doctors, professional athletes, celebrities, teachers and hundreds of other professionals like you. They use them because this works
