Prune & apple juice

I find certain foods really help with constipation. I have a glass of apple juice with a few prunes say (4 or 5), i put them into a blender and blend them at breakfast time.
The other thing that works for me is can beetroot they really make you go, infact last time i ate half a can of the stuff i actually got diahrea. So have a few of these with a nice salad and it should keep you regular.
