Coffee And IBS NEW
by: Anonymous

Dear Anonymous,I don't know if you drink coffee, but its one of the triggers for IBS.In my case, I could drink one to 2 cups of coffee a day and never have any problems, and then all of a sudden it caused a flare up.I would stay off coffee for two weeks and then I could drink it for about a year with no problems.Go to helpforibs.com There is a lot of information on IBS and IBS diets.I ran across this site when I was surfing the web for IBS.

HELP ME PLEASE
by: Anonymous

I had surgery last Oct., almost 1 yr. Since then I have been researching, including your site which is great! but have not been able to find 1 good diet for IBS alternating between constipation & very soft almost diarrhea. I usually get this 3x/year but this has been consistent, going on 1 yr in Oct.
I must become regular & am sure that this goes for a lot of people. I am begging you, please you printed trigger etc. I do bran buds, drink plenty of water (60 oz. give or take) eat salads, yogurt & veggies. Very very little meat and if so, clean pork (white meat & white meat chicken (not fried).
Can you actually print a diet for IBS to follow like Breakfast, lunch & dinner w/snacks, and approximately times like if to take Mililax how long it will take to go. etc et.
much takes. Renee Tina peacfulgal@roadrunner.com
